The problem is when one lead company swaps with another, and theat lead company send it to another lead company that sell it to another and you have nothing but UPSET CUSTOMERS and RICH LEAD COMPANIES/BROKERS.

Most lead companies sell their lead up to FIVE TIMES (5X) to agents and many trade or sell to national call centers, large uyers and do swaps up to 3 more times.

So it is not unusual to her from a client that they have been called 3-5 times, since they probably have.

We all understand that is the way the system works, and we would still rather compete with 5 phone agents than try to beat the streets every day !

HOWEVER, I dont think it is fair when the lead gets sold so many times JUST FOR PROFIT sake and it does nothing but UPSET customers because in the longrun that is going to kill this great online business we are all in.

You need to stand up for the business, your agency and the customer and push back. STOP BUYING from the small lead brokers who really stir this fire. Stop buying leads from companies who allow these practices, we all know who they are.

Work with the top lead companies, make your own leads, optimize your own sites for niche markets and lets take back the business before the goverment trys to regulate it too.

I estimate over 500,000 leads are being sold everymonth from various sources, and many of them are being sold 3,5,10 even twenty times. We as lead companies deserve to make a fair profit, but not at the expense of the customer or industry.
